Raymond is the owner of Wellesley Consulting Services. He is a certified Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and First Aid/CPR instructor. He is also a qualified military small arms marksmanship instructor.
He is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), a life member of the Canadian Shooting Sports Association, and a member of the International Police Association and the Firearms Safety Education Service of Ontario.
He has been working for a federal law enforcement agency, most recently as a criminal investigator, for over 12 years.
Associate Training Consultants
Mike is an associate consultant who is a certified CFSC instructor and firearms verifier. Mike is a 24-year veteran Ontario police officer and former Canadian Forces soldier with significant firearms training experience, competing on several military small arms teams. He is a member of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI), the Canadian Shooting Sports Association, and the Firearms Safety Education Service of Ontario.
Paul is an associate consultant who is a CFSC master instructor, first aid instructor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is currently a criminal investigator for a federal law enforcement agency. His memberships include the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Firearms Safety Education Service of Ontario.
