Recent Improvements Announced

We are pleased to let you know about some recent improvements to our website that we’ve made since November.

In addition to a new “look and feel” to our site overall, we have added an improved contact form that is available throughout the site from the tab on the left side of the screen. For browsers where this is not available, the form appears on our contact page.

The form allows fast submission of inquiries to our contact team, and allows easy sign-up for our e-newsletters.

Our upgraded event registration program is now working smoothly and course registrations and payments may be made seamlessly.

We have added a YouTube feature clip on the right hand sidebar, and have added some videos related to our firearms safety training. More videos will be added as time goes on.

Our Twitter feed on the sidebar shows the last several messages posted and a link to follow us.

Our footer bar includes quick links to download important course related documents, and some navigational improvements.

We will be making minor changes and improvements as time goes on, and we hope you enjoy our website – and our training products!

Summer Session Registration Starts June 24

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – June 22, 2011 – Registration opens for an August 20-21 firearms course, the only summer session planned, this Friday, Wellesley Consulting Services announced today.

The course will once again be held in the Hurontario conference room of the Homewood Suites by Hilton® Toronto/Mississauga, located near Hurontario and Highway 401 in Mississauga.

Our courses feature practical, hands-on handling of modern, popular firearms, such as Winchester rifles, Remington shotguns, and Ruger and Smith & Wesson handguns, including the M&P pistol, which is now the issued duty pistol of Peel Regional Police and Ontario armoured car companies.

In 2010, Wellesley Consulting Services delivered certified firearms safety training and testing to 137 students, totalling 2,192 hours of training, and conducted examinations for an additional 12.

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – December 3, 2010 – The first firearms safety course of 2011, scheduled for January 29-30, is now open for registration, Wellesley Consulting Services / gtagunsafety.com announced today.

The 2-day combined Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC) will be delivered at our new Mississauga training location, the Homewood Suites by Hilton® Toronto/Mississauga.

Course Cancellation, Holiday Announcement

MISSISSAUGA, Ont — October 5, 2010 — Wellesley Consulting Services / gtagunsafety.com are announcing the cancellation of the December 4/5, 2010 Firearms Safety Course and the holiday closure of our offices for the month of December.

“The holiday closure during December will allow us to refocus our efforts on the 2011 training year,” said executive consultant, Raymond Morrell. “We look forward to offering our 2-day firearms course throughout next year, as well as other training products.”

Two firearms safety courses are left on the current year schedule, the next on October 23/24, with the following course on November 13/14.
